Application Requirement
To help us pre-qualify you and quicken the processing of
your application, please provide the following along with
your application form:
- Bank Account – 2 most recent bank statements
- Employment history – for 2 years
- Prior Year W-2 form
- Current pay stub(s)
- Residence history - 2 years
- Social Security number
- Self Employment Tax Return –2 years and YTD profit and loss statement
- Monthly Debt Information – Credit cards, car payment, mortgages with account #, etc
- Lease / Rental Agreement
- Recent Copies of Stock Brokerage or IRS/401K Accounts
- If requesting Cash-Out for Re-finance, a letter explaining the intended use of the loan proceed
- Divorce Decree, if any
- For Non-US Citizens, a copy of your green card – front and back or a copy of your H-1 or L-1 visa, if not a permanent resident.
